S202 Housing Act 1996 – Reviews (Homelessness and Allocations)

We provide a high quality independent reviews service for both Part VI and Part VII Housing Act 1996. Our service works with high profile Local Authorities, with our decisions tested all the way up to the Supreme Court. We provide this service at a fixed price so you can control your costs.

Private Sector Leasing (and private residential management)

As well as procuring and managing Private Sector Leased accommodation, we can advise on developing a procurement strategy (within the statutory framework) that also meets your requirements to secure affordable accommodation for homeless households.

Change management

We have worked with Local Authorities and Housing Associations to provide management support, during periods of restructure and change – to achieve a leaner and more efficient organisation.

Audits and service reviews

We can provide support to improve your service by on-site audits and reviews; and reports. We can analyse your service and recommend new service designs, or service offers – to improve efficiency and customer service.

Training

Our Managers are also trained as trainers. We can tailor a training course for your needs – Our Training courses include – Customer Service; Homelessness; Child Protection; Preventing Homelessness; Best practice in resident engagement.
