The Customer Service Excellence award was developed to offer services a practical tool for driving customer-focused change within their organisation with particular focus on delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude. By holding this accreditation, RMG seeks to independently demonstrate our competence, customer focus and employee mindedness.

27001 Information Security Management System

RMG has implemented ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure our information is protected and secured. By implementing security control safeguards and countermeasures we can avoid, detect, counteract and minimise security risks to physical property, information and computer systems.

14001 Environmental Management System

RMG has implemented ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) to improve our environmental performance through the more efficient use of resources and the reduction of waste. RMG have reviewed their impact on the environment and identified what we can do to reduce our impact on the environment.

9001 – Quality Management System

RMG has implemented ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure we consistently provide outstanding service which meets our customer and applicable regulatory requirements. The QMS provides opportunities for RMG to enhance its customer service whilst demonstrating its conformity to the QMS requirements.

 

Community Legal Service Quality Mark:

This standard has been designed for organisations providing legal information and advice to the public. With our Solicitors Enquiries Department and consultancy service for the public and private sector, RMG can offer highly regarded legal guidance on the residential property management industry.

 

ARMA- Q:

ARMA-Q is the new self-regulatory regime for managing agents who are members of ARMA. It aims to raise standards of residential leasehold management through independent oversight and a Customer Charter and Standards that are specific to managing agents.

RMG was committed to attaining and upholding this accreditation as we believe regulation in the property management industry is essential to ensuring that customers are protected and can expect a service standard with accountability that they can have confidence in.

 

IRPM:

The Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) aims to meet several objectives via its accreditation and membership scheme. These include:

  • Raising standards in the professional sector
  • Providing individuals with independent accreditation for their professional skills
  • Aid in the process of recruiting new entrants to the sector
  • Provide opportunities for Continuing Professional Development
  • Improve the standing of the sector in the eyes of the public.

RMG is also committed to the above and continues to invest in our people by funding the IRPM qualification as part of our employee’s career development.
