Your customer reference number is the same as your ‘lessee ID.’ This appears on all correspondence and can be found in your Welcome Pack we issue to you. The number is usually 12 digits long; however the format can vary and may include letters and punctuation.
With your customer reference number you can set up an account and access the RMG Living Customer Portal. You will be asked to enter an email address to activate your account. Your online account enables you to check your statements and make payments, sign up to the RMG Paperless Service, download your site documents as well as reporting repairs required onsite.
