Why do I pay building insurance?
Under the terms of your lease, it is likely that you are responsible for contributing to the cost of insuring the building and you are liable for your share of the cost of the insurance policy. Please note, you do not need to arrange separate buildings insurance yourself. However you will still need to arrange separate contents insurance.
To view your Insurance Schedules or to download a copy please refer to your Community homepage on RMG Living. Your online customer portal also enables you to check your statements and make payments, sign up to the RMG Paperless Service, download your site documents as well as reporting repairs required onsite. If you have a service charge and a ground rent account you can set up a master account using one email address to view information for both accounts.
