With that in mind, to enable our customers to manage their accounts, on the go, RMG are delighted to announce the launch of a new customer friendly App.
The RMG Living app for iOS and Android enables customers to access all the main features of the RMG Living web portal including:
- Reviewing Account Statements
- Making Payments
- Downloading Insurance Policies
- Accessing Online chat
- Reporting a repair
- Receiving Announcements
Downloading the app is simple. Activate your account by logging into www.rmgliving.co.uk then visit either the App Store on iOS or the Play Store on Android and search for ‘RMG Living.’ When activating your account, you’ll need to make sure you have your customer reference number to hand.
With notifications enabled you will have instant access to all urgent updates on your development, reminders for meetings & resident surgeries and you can manage your personal details as well as opting in to our Paperless service.
The app is free to download and once downloaded you can have instant access to your account and all the main features of the web portal.
