RMG’s Children in Need Pyjama Day 2017!

This year RMG held an office pyjama party in aid of BBC Children in Need. Colleagues came in their comfiest nightwear, themed onsies and costumes beginning with ‘P’ (think pirate, puma, Pudsey) all in the name of charity.

The office cake sale drew large crowds with plenty of brownies, cupcakes and bakes on offer throughout the day. Our very own Zoe in the CSC donated a homemade hamper filled with delicious goodies which was entered into a raffle that drew lots of interest. In the end it was congratulations to Liz who took it home.

We also went ‘quackers’ with a duck themed sweepstakes. Entrants were asked to back favourites including “Captain Quack Sparrow,” “Ra-pond-zel,” “Count Quackula” and many more in the CiN official duck race. Steve on our Finance Support team came out on top with his pick Golden Duck.

Earlier in the week, colleagues took CiN themed print outs home for the young ones to design. All entries were proudly displayed throughout the day with little Ella being crowned and awarded a special prize.

On the day there were also ‘Brew Masters’ Chris, Harry and Sophie who made cuppa’s throughout the day at a price with a brew colour chart in hand so they always got it right! Between them over 60 cups of tea and coffee were made during the day!

At the end of everyone’s efforts, we were able to raise a fantastic £389 for CiN 2017.
